Q2 2017 Court Rankings

The Litigation Tracker Q2 2017 report is a definitive guide to court activity last quarter. Based on the forensic analysis of over 500 judgments in fifteen major courts, the report explores which litigants firms, partners, chambers and barristers have been most active and, importantly, who instructed whom.

The report also analyses trends with respect to where litigation work is coming from, be that on a sector or country level. It also explores what the legal implications are of some of the most important judgments last quarter.

This report also includes profiles of Linklaters, Clyde & Co and Eversheds, all of which worked on particularly notable cases in Q2. These profiles include insight from the partners involved on the ramifications of important judgments.
